Today I looked at the statistics for this blog for the first time in a long while. I was astonished to find that its viewership has risen to an average of about 20 views per day.
I’m gratified but baffled. Who are these people? I’ve never done anything to publicize this blog and have treated it almost as a private diary where I could post short essays of little interest to anyone (I thought) but me and a few acquaintances.
I get very few comments on my posts, so I have no picture of who these visitors might be. But whoever you are, thanks, and I hope you enjoy your stay here.
